COPAC's terms of business

1. Validity of the terms of business

The services of COPAC employment agency will be established exclusively on the basis of these terms of business. By sending back the filled-out questionnaire and / or the personal CV) to COPAC (by letter or means of telecommunication: email, fax etc.) the terms of business will be considered as accepted by the interested person.

2. Carrying out

COPAC's service can only be executed if the interested person's questionnaire is filled out completely and correctly. The interested person stays for the correctness of the given information.

3. Risks

The dispatch of all documents as well as the sending of data to COPAC will be exclusively on the interested person's risk.

4. Costs

COPAC will not charge - even in case of success - any fee to the interested persons.

5. Copyright

The database consisting of the questionnaire as well as the programs used for operating the data- base is copyrighted. The interested person is committed to stay away from anything that could facilitate an imitation of the questionnaire, the structure and presentation of the database or its programs. This commitment has no temporal limits. In case of non-compliance with this commitment COPAC reserves to claim compensation.

6. Data protection

6.1 By sending the filled out questionnaire, the interested person agrees to the saving, the proces- sing and the transmission of his data to potential employers. But COPAC will transmit the data only after having informed the interested person. COPAC guarantees that data protection will be respected in accordance to the relevant regulations. The taking down, processing, use and transmission of the data mainly serves the purpose of arranging employment or related topics.
6.2 The interested person is entitled to get informations about data concerning his person saved in the COPAC data base at any time.
6.3 Only after written request COPAC will extinguish all data from the database and destroy possibly sent papers. A right for sending back papers free of cahrge will be excluded.

7. Guarantee

COPAC cannot guarantee a successful arranging of employment.

8. Court jurisdiction

Court jurisdiction is in Germany in Frankfurt/Main
